Hey! I’m Simmer and I’m ready to get started.

Graduation is coming up

The friendships were the point. Keep them.

You spent years building something rarer than a degree: a circle of people who know you, challenge you, and pick up when you call. In a few months that circle scatters across cities, companies, and time zones.

Simmer helps you keep those friendships warm after everyone moves on. A small daily habit of reaching out, remembering what matters, and following up. No feed and no posting, just staying close to the people you don't want to lose.

The group chat goes quiet faster than you think

The first months after graduation are busy in the best way. New jobs, new cities, new routines. Nobody decides to lose touch. It just happens, one busy week at a time.

The classmates you saw every day become people you mean to text. Then people you meant to text. Simmer exists to catch that drift before it starts.

How Simmer helps after the cap and gown

Everyone comes with you
Simmer works from the people already in your phone. Classmates, professors, program friends. No exporting and no building a list from scratch.
Context that keeps up
Where they landed, what they're working on, what you talked about last. Simmer helps you remember, so reaching out six months from now still feels natural.
A rhythm you can keep
One gentle nudge a day. Reach out to one person, jot a quick note, done. Your whole class stays warm a few minutes at a time.

How Simmer works

A small daily habit

You set the goal: reach out to one to five people a day. Easy to understand, hard to keep up on your own. Simmer holds you to it, a few minutes at a time.

Step 1

A gentle nudge

Each morning Simmer nudges you toward the goal you chose: follow through, follow up, or step up.

Step 2

One person, with context

Open Simmer and it will remind you about someone from your contacts, context to jog your memory, suggested conversation starters, and topics you could reflect on.

Step 3

Reach out, or skip

Decide to reach out to that person, or swipe to skip them for now and try someone else. It can be enough to just say, "Hi."

Step 4

Pause and jot it down

After you connect, Simmer helps you remember to pause for a moment and capture notes, and set follow up topics with due dates.

Step 5

Reach your goal for the day

Keep going, connect or skip forward until you hit your outreach goal for the day.

Step 6

Everyone stays close

Show up like this, one small touch at a time, and your whole network stays warm.

Be there for the people who got you here

Simmer is $49 a year, about what one last lunch out with your cohort costs, and it keeps the whole cohort close.

Be there.
